You’re Invited to Innovate with Purpose

Each Summer, we welcome students from our nation’s colleges and universities for an opportunity to gain valuable, real-world work experience with a leading technology provider, Cognosante. Our brand promise—“Innovate with purpose,”—is realized in a myriad of ways, including through the contributions made by the budding professionals who decide to intern with us.
As an organization with a commitment to our employees, we extend our core values of Value, Innovation, Performance, and Sharing (VIPS) to our internship cohort. Previous interns noted they gained personal and professional growth through their leading projects and sharing knowledge through collaborative experiences.

In that spirit, we’re proud of the program we offer aspiring professionals. For ten energizing and collaborative weeks, Cognosante interns—who we call Summer Analysts—work on a variety of projects and programs, aligned to all parts of the business in support of our mission.

Our Intern Experience Offers:

The Summer Intern Program runs June through August:

  • 10 weeks
  • 40 hours per week
  • Paid holiday to observe the July 4th holiday

Explore What’s Possible!

Cognosante’s Summer Analyst Program is more than just an internship, it’s a 10-week, full-immersion opportunity. This 10-week experience includes tackling the toughest healthcare, human services, and security challenges as a contributing member of our team. Explore new ways to approach problems through challenging and interesting work, by contributing your talents and skills to projects, by gaining valuable work experience, and through enjoying working with your fellow Intern peers. You’ll be empowered to test out your ideas, own your work, make a difference, and leverage your talents—basically, preparing yourself for the work world and your career!
