Support Through Employee Resource Groups

When employees with shared interests or experiences come together, they develop a deep sense of community and belonging that transcends their work. Employee Resource Groups provide a sense of community based on shared characteristics, interests, and experiences. They provide a unique opportunity for our employees to connect, develop, and grow both personally and professionally.

BELONG welcomes and celebrates the diversity of identities within Cognosante’s LGBTQIA+ community, including gay, bi, trans, questioning, parents of kids who are questioning their sexuality and/or identities, allies, straight, and everything in between.

ConVERG eases Veteran transition to civilian life and fosters a deeper sense of community that promotes collaboration through mentorship, recruiting, and events related to our Veteran and military community.
