Cognosante Hires Brent Younce as Chief People Officer

MCLEAN,¬†VA.¬†‚ÄstMay 13, 2014¬†‚ÄstCognosante, a leading provider of Consulting, Technology, and BPO services to healthcare organizations, announced the hiring of Brent Younce as Chief People Officer.¬†In this role, Mr. Younce has ultimate responsibility for all Human Resources functions, including acquiring, managing and developing talent, building and advancing organizational capabilities, and driving employee engagement.

Brent brings more than 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. Prior to joining Cognosante, Brent was the Director of Global Human Resources for DuPont Sustainable Solutions, leading the global human resources function with teams located in Europe, Asia, Latin America, and throughout the US.  Prior to DuPont, Brent spent eight years with Campbell Soup Company in several progressive roles, the last of which was leading human resources for global research and development, corporate strategy and marketing services.  In addition to his HR generalist roles, Brent worked as a human resources consultant for IBM Global Services with clients in the pharmaceuticals and consumer goods industries. In these client engagements, Brent was responsible for reengineering global human resources processes, developing custom automated systems and implementing global HRIS solutions.
