Meet the Analysts: Samantha Dickmyer

Samantha Dickmyer is a senior Finance major and Business Analytics minor from Westminster, Maryland. She attends James Madison University with a planned graduation date of Spring 2020.

Samantha accepted a position with Cognosante this summer because she wanted to work with a company that puts people first and has a positive impact on the healthcare space. While she’s here, Samantha works in Pricing supporting her team on proposals, creating competitive pricing models, and assisting on a pricing-based design thinking project. As a summer analyst, she is learning more about how pricing works for a possible career choice.

Outside of work, she plays roller derby in her free time. When she’s at school, she’s very involved with student affairs.

What’s something that not a lot of people know about you?

“Not a lot of people know that I’m a second-degree black belt. I trained in martial arts for 13 years.”
