Contract Overview

Chief Information Officers – Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) is a 10-year, $20B multiple-award indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity (IDIQ) governmentwide acquisition contract (GWAC) administered by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC). CIO-SP3 enables federal government agencies to quickly and efficiently satisfy their need for innovative IT solutions in support of initiatives such as health IT, cloud computing, cyber security, application development and support, data management, and program management.

CIO-SP3 is administered by the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC). The contract includes 10 task areas that cover nearly all IT services requirements and support the Federal Enterprise Architecture, the Department of Defense Enterprise Architecture and the Federal Health Architecture.
