Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) Joint Venture, LLC (RS3JV) is a Joint Venture comprised of the following three companies:

  1. Cognosante CDS, LLC, the Managing Member
  2. Saalex Solutions, Inc. (Saalex)
  3. USfalcon, Inc.

RS3JV was awarded Prime Contract No. W15P7T-17-D-0129 by the Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) to support the Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) Program.
