Cognosante’s eSante EnGage360® platform is a consumer-focused solution that tailors traditional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to support health systems and healthcare consumers, while also providing a secure work environment. EnGage360® has been in use by the CMS National Provider Identifier (NPI) Call Center since 2016.
