MCLEAN, VA. – November 16, 2015 – Michele Kang, Founder and CEO of Cognosante, has been named EY Entrepreneur of the Year® 2015 National Services Award winner by Ernst & Young (EY). Michele, who in June was named Entrepreneur of the Year Greater Washington for IT Services, was among 11 category winners recognized for entrepreneurial excellence at the EY National Awards Gala, held November 14, 2015 in Palm Springs, CA.
EY Entrepreneur Of the Year® is recognized as one of the most prestigious business award programs in the country. With programs in 145 cities in 60 countries, it honors and recognizes the men and women who create the products, services and jobs that help the economy and communities grow. Winners are selected by a panel of previous award winners, leading CEOs, private capital investors, and other regional business leaders. 265 regional winners competed for this year’s national awards.
