Facilities Update: Office Openings

As mentioned in this week’s Lunch and Learn/Town Hall meeting, our offices will remain closed for the remainder of the year. The COVID-19 Committee met to discuss work status through December 31, 2020 and has made the decision to continue remote work. We recognize there are a few exceptions to fully remote work, including the following:

• Fargo, ND Mail room fulfillment will remain open
• On-site customer work requirements will continue to be honored
• Any essential business work requirements (i.e. proposal print/fulfillment, etc.)
• EIS sites will continue to follow onsite and/or telework protocol established by the government customer. Please contact your EIS project manager for specifics.

Please remember: the current procedures to enter our sites remain in place and have not changed. You are still required to email facilities at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival and must complete the onsite LiveSafe Self-Service COVID-19 screening (remember to email facilities facilitiesteam@cognosante.com a copy as well).
