Cognosante Earns Prestigious Great Place to Work Certification


Company scores over 90% positive ratings in areas like fairness, flexibility, and physical safety

In the employee survey, 86% rated Cognosante as a great place to work, which is 27% higher than typical U.S. based company scores. Survey results have provided meaningful insights into the programs that employees value most and are are already providing direction on 2021 growth areas for deepening and expanding employee engagement initiatives.

Cognosante earned the designation based on validated employee feedback collected using Great Place to Work’s “Data-driven For All” methodology and a written submission of key company programs that enrich the employee experience.
