On October 25, 2018, Michele Kang, founder and CEO of Cognosante, was presented with a Leading for Impact in Federal Technology & Consulting Award by FedHealthIT, a trusted news source for senior government and industry executives within the Federal health community. Michele was among 30 women recognized for creating an impact by leading organizations and mission-focused strategic programs across the Federal technology and consulting community. The awards were presented at the Leading for Impact Conference hosted at the Women in Military Service for America Memorial in Arlington, VA.

The evening was filled with senior executive panel discussions and a networking reception to honor and celebrate women who were described as “visionary, passionate, and dedicated in their leadership.”
