As Vice President of Health Consulting Services, Jarred Clark oversees business development, capture, and marketing. He also has extensive experience in project management, operations management, and business development.
Throughout his 20-year career, Jarred has held numerous leadership roles in both public and private sector organizations. While at Cognosante, he has been a Managing Director and a Regional Director with responsibilities for project delivery and business development in several states. Prior to joining Cognosante, he was Deputy Project Manager for Oregon’s Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) Replacement Project, as well as Systems Operations Manager for Oregon’s Medicaid and Mental Health IT Systems. Jarred also led a large business and organizational change initiative for the Oregon’s Department of Human Services.
Jarred received his Masters of Public Administration from Portland State University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
