As Client Engagement Manager, Ben Deitchman manages the company’s relationship with client senior program managers. His responsibilities include maintaining a working knowledge of all program aspects and understanding how work streams and systems interact with each other. He provides the client with awareness into all aspects of projects, analysis, deliverables, and timelines. He has extensive experience in operations management, business process outsourcing, and customer service at technology, healthcare, and financial companies.

Prior to joining Cognosante, he served as Operations Manager at both VMC Consulting and U.S. Bank, and Operations Analyst at Take Care Health Systems.
