Target: 98% of reviews are completed as planned.
Actual: We met this objective at 100%!

Quality Objective 2: Action plans are in place for projects in red status.

Target: 100% of projects in red status have a plan in place according to policy.
Actual: We met this objective at 100%!

Quality Objective 3: Customer feedback results over the prior 12 months are at or above target scores.
Target: CPARS 4.0 and QASP 4.0
Actual: CPARS 4.50 and QASP 4.20
