Cognosante hosted a Veteran supply drive benefiting Vietnam Veterans of America and Soldiers’ Angels from October 22 to November 26 at Cognosante’s headquarters in Falls Church, VA. Employees were encouraged to donate essentials or make monetary donations to support the organizations’ causes.
Donation boxes were strategically placed throughout the Falls Church office for employees and visitors to make drop-offs. Donations contributed included socks, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, deodorant, makeup, hair products, lotion, and more. Monetary donations were also collected through Amazon.
Soldiers’ Angels is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and assisting U.S. military service members, Veterans, and their families through a variety of program offerings. Vietnam Veterans of America promotes and supports issues specifically important to Vietnam Veterans.
