Our Onboarding Café, located within our employee portal, features a full menu of activities designed to streamline the onboarding process, welcome new employees, and quickly integrate them during the first 30 days of employment.
A specially developed My Career initiative provides detailed tools and resources to help employees and managers grow their careers at Cognosante.
Our Leadership Development Program provides instructor-led training that is designed to develop leaders in areas of empathy, accountability, and team development.

Do you love to learn? Do you have a desire to pick up new skills? We want to help. The Cognosante Academy houses a Learning Management System of tools and resources, providing virtual and collaborative experiences to all our employees, no matter where they are located.

It is the access point for the more than 8,000 online learning and development courses aligned to the Cognosante Career Model and offered free of charge.
It houses hundreds of instructional videos and courses custom-designed by Cognosante for specific company job roles and responsibilities.
It provides access to thousands of courses through Cognosante’s partnership with LinkedIn Learning’s Lynda.com, which employees can use to enrich their personal development, teach themselves new skills, or even pursue a new hobby or passion.
Some courses offer full certification upon completion (worth hundreds or thousands of dollars if pursued independently). Examples include:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification Exam Preparation
- Microsoft Office Specialist and Adobe Certified Associate certifications
- CISSP, MTA, ITIL, RHCSA, and RHCE certifications
