We successfully provide cost-efficient, reliable, scalable, user-friendly, and results-driven infrastructure services that directly enable our clients’ objectives. From data center management and network operations to certified service desk program implementation and support, we act as the public face for the IT departments of the U.S. Department of Energy, Department of Labor, Department of Commerce, Navy, and Air Force.
We are currently protecting the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, and the Intelligence community networks from cybersecurity threats, including insider threats, malicious software, viruses, advanced persistent threats from nation-states, as well as hackers and cybercriminals. We deploy network and cloud security, information assurance and security, enterprise application security, and secure coding experts around the world to use the latest tools for penetration testing, continuous network and application monitoring, analysis of millions of application, operating system, and network logs, and other advanced techniques. We provide compliance with security requirements, and follow National Institute of Standards and Technology, Defense Information Systems Agency, FedRAMP, and industry standards and best practices.
Our Cognosante Enterprise Centralized Service Desk (ECSD) is operated on a hospitality-based blended quality model—centered on building a quality service support culture that results in exceptional user experiences. The Cognosante ECSD provides 24/7/365 shared services for multiple customers as well as dedicated support services when needed. The ECSD uses the latest innovations within IT Service Management, focusing on ISO 20000-built and trained processes that ensure services are delivered to the customer with quality.
All service desk personnel have training from HDI, the Disney Institute, and ITIL, as well as any relevant special training based on our customer’s technology that we support.
We support several Federal customers in support of authentication and authorization to systems, as well as broader biometrics strategies. We gather, manage, administer, report, and continually enhance the role of biometrics and other identity markers for users of the systems we develop.
